Phil Henderson, Vice President & Chief Information Officer
As Vice President and Chief Information Officer at MDC, Phil wears several hats. Product development, including strategy, design, and testing, are under his command, as are the new client startup and installation support functions.  Additionally, Phil oversees the Rules team, as they maintain and evolve MDC’s world-class Rules file. Phil also is the liaison with MDC’s European representative on international product design.  He has over 13 years of service at the Company and an extensive technical background.

Phil is a member of the Society of Information Management, as well as of AIPLA (the American Intellectual Property Law Association) and INTA (the International Trademark Association). He is fluent in English and French.
